	How brave / M. T. HI I Have to say how brave you are... both of you. Just came on here from the sands site... Its lovely .. lost for words really. I wanted to share a poem with you, as i feel it could have been written by you, for Dylan. For such little time you were our baby And you filled our hearts with joy So small and yet so perfect You would have been a Daddy's boy We thought through hope and love We could help you to pull through All our strength, health and heart We tried to give to you But no amount of prayer could save our little one All we have are our memories of you Now that you have gone We hope you are at peace Resting with the angels above We'll always have you in our hearts From Mommy and Daddy With Love. I wish you all the luck for the future M.
